I’ve been coming to this location regularly and honestly the staff here are some of the nicest and most professional people I’ve dealt with, especially Daisy, who always goes above and beyond to help members and keep things running smoothly.
It’s disappointing seeing negative reviews when a lot of the real issue lately has been members repeatedly throwing water into the sauna and damaging equipment, which affects everyone trying to enjoy the facility respectfully. The staff can’t control every bad decision members make, yet they’re the ones constantly trying to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for everybody.
I know there are mixed reviews, and everyone has their own opinions—you can’t please everyone. But personally, I’ve consistently had a great experience here. Every time I go, I have a pleasant visit and genuinely enjoy my workouts. The staff is always professional, friendly, and welcoming? which makes a big difference.Daisy is my favorite one. She always work with everyone and she help with everything, needs she's a sweetheart.
