The staff are professional and friendly, and Daisy stands out as exceptional — she’s always kind, helpful, and goes the extra mile to make members feel comfortable. I'm sharing for my dad who is older. He just started going back to the gym and today someone stole his glasses. He complained before about his locker being broken into this isn't the first time. So now he doesn't bring anything with him but some today someone decided to take his glasses. I'm glad he decided not to go back and find a new gym so he can enjoy a pool.

I’ve been a member for awhile now, and I’m really thinking of leaving after a decade. In the last few months I seen a decline in maintenance. I’ve never seen the bathroom and lockers in the condition they are. There’s trash and piss and at times shit in the stalls on the floor; toilet is always low or out; and paper towels are always low and always out. They seem that they don’t care about the standards they once had. Sad…..

I love it here, I’ve been coming here since 2012. Employees are kind. I love the cleaning lady Hilda who cleans very well. She does her best and she does a very good job at it. I would say the best I’ve seen here by far. The front desk employees are kind and always greets me at entry.

They lost me as a customer due to the nasty attitude the staff had they were completely unhelpful when i wanted to remove my son from the family plan and add my wife the man who helped me was sarcastic and rude when i just wanted to adjust my plan. i dont recommend ANYONE to join this gym.

I have been going to LA for good 15 years and I wish there were more body sculpt group classes at evening times and better cleaning, otherwise it’s good for the price.
