One star for L.A. Fitness corporate as they don't care about the members, the community, or their employees especially at the Franklin Mills location. Within the last week I was informed that the hours of operation was drastically reduced and corporate will be closing this location permanently. I came to this location from the Bensalem location because they don't maintain their racquetball courts, which is the main reason for my membership. Sadly, corporate is only worried about their profits.I want to give Summer 5 stars for her efforts in keeping the members informed and working to try to improve membership. Kudos to Dawn, who has been here only two weeks and is still positive during interesting interactions with members informing them of the closing.

Great place We enjoy this facility a lot and we don't want it to go away it is family place and very safe location. For many generations it was something to be where you can go to relax after work or on weekends! Please don't let it go!

This entire gym needs an upgrade. Most workout machines are broken. The shiny and Grant Ave., LA Fitness are way better than this one. They never fix anything at this gym unfortunately

It's crazy. I pay 50$ a month but I can't bring my guest with me. Why I pay 50$??? ?There are many fitness centers cheaper than LA Fitness, with good quality and better facilities.

This LA Fitness (Esporta) only had 8 elliptical machines. 5 of them have been marked "Scheduled for Maintenance" for over three years. I have written and complained to their main office (the local staff can't do anything about this.) Not only have they not fixed the machines marked for maintenance, the remaining three machines are now not functioning. So now they have NO FUNCTIONING ELLIPTICAL MACHINES. The only change they have made there in the past several years was to remove the paper towel dispensers!
