Contacted Shawn on a Sunday about replacing a lock on an old security door on a property in North Philadelphia. We were told by others (including other locksmiths) that the door needed to be replaced. Shawn met us in 20 minutes and prompty assessed the door and lock and asdvised it was a grest door and he could fix it, educating us all along the way. Bottom line is he replaced the lock and made sure we were totally pleased and gave us a guaranty. The door works great and Shawn saved us $1700 not having to replace the door. We.will be calling him for all our future locksmith needs! Shawn does wbat others can't or won't do. Highly recommended!
I can't recommend Shawn enough, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and timely. We had an issue with our mortise lock and he was able to take a look within an hour of my call. He quickly figured out the issue and had a solution, but recommended we contact the manufacturer to see if we would be able to receive a free replacement. I'm so happy he had that suggestion because the manufacturer was able to provide a replacement for free. Would absolutely call Kingstone for any other locksmith needs in the future!
Shawn was professional and explained everything he did. He was kind and a pleasure. I like the fact that I called and he came within an hour. I didn't have to wait the next day or make an appointment. I will recommend him. I'm satisfied was his work. Will use again if I need too
