Vivi was great. Yes it is a bit harder then when you get massage somewhere else, I think their approach is more a deep tissue rather then just relaxing. But I loved it. They were nice and welcoming and I’m planning to come back
I was gifted a 90 minute package (45min massage and 45min facial). Reservations were easy, staff very polite. I was worried about some of the reviews mentioning too much pressure, but she did a phenomenal job. The pressure was intense at times, but never painful. She was just working out knots I didn't know I had. The facial was very relaxing and to my surprise did not upset my skin. I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin and was completely fine with the many products she used. The atmosphere was relaxing and dim. I would definitely go back as well as recommend this place to others.
I’m a regular customer here and 100% recommend! Not only is the environment peaceful & clean, the masseuses are very talented. I have several chronic pain issues, and I always feel muscular relief leaving. At the risk of sounding cheesy, frequent visits have improved my quality of life because of the pain relief. I can’t say enough good things about this hidden gem of a spa!
