Michael came out to assess what I thought was a problem with my drain, but he was able to diagnose it was actually an issue with the installation of my sink and made a recommendation to a plumber for the fix without a site visit charge. THANK YOU MICHAEL.
We had an emergency and Just Drains came out the same day. The tech explained the issue and it was resolved same day. That was a year ago and we have not had any further issues. We were highly satisfied and would definitely recommend Just Drains to anyone having problems with their drains.
