There was a change, either change of management or something else--not sure. When I was looking to move in last year, the reviews really were the deal breaker with maintenance being the number one complaint--took the risk anyway. They added an automated maintenance system through an app/website and its light and day the best system I have come across. You simply upload the issue with photos, and its taken care of in the next few days.

Orlando is super reliable and so nice. He does my regular maintenance and is always thorough with his work. My AC randomly stopped working at 10 PM at night and he called me immediately (2 mins after I sent my message request to him) late at night to walk me through troubleshooting so I didn’t have to sleep with 80 degree heat.
I worked with Orlando to help with preventing measures on our AC, he was kind and very thorough with helping us out, went above and beyond getting us some extra filters! Would recommend him for any maintenance!
