Staff is very friendly but on the two occasions I had appointments there, I waited 45 plus minutes in the wait room. The appointments were morning appointments when you would think they would be less backed up.

Phone wait times used to be terrible. In the last few months they have gotten better. But, this is still a ver inefficient health office considering it’s a major university health system.
