Love Dr Carpenter. She listens to my concerns and then we go from there. Staff are very kind & professional. Never had a bad experience there. Yes sometimes I wait a little longer than usual but hey there could be a patient that needs a little extra time. That might be me someday. I never want to leave this practice
This practice is very good. My husband and I have been going to them for 14 years. They take time to talk to you and listen. They go way beyond just doing test and writing scripts. If you do not like this group; you will not like any group.
Recently the practice hired a nurse practitioner. She's very good with phone help, and usually has a same day appointment when Dr Nizen is overbooked. I love NPs and Judy is a star.
