We had a wonderful experience at the Jean Madeline Institute today. Our stylist's name was Aliza and although she is a student, her level of professionalism and attention to detail could rival those of professional stylists who have been practicing for many years. Aliza cuts my hair as well as my 14-year-old and 8-year-old's hair. Today was my 8-year-old's turn and she was so patient with him despite his fidgeting. This is an area where we've run into issues in the past (not at the Queen Village location) but Aliza talked to him like he was any other client and engaged him in conversation about his interests.
