So this review isn’t based on the shop , because I’ve never been serviced there , but I did book an appointment with a female that braids there by the name of kirah I found her hair page on ig and I set up an appointment on 1/11/23 , I sent her a 40$ deposit , 20$ each to braid me and my daughters hair , I drive all the way up olney only for her to cancel my appointments 45mins prior because she didn’t have a sitter , she asked if she could reschedule I told her no that was the only day I was available. She apologized and offered to return my 40$ deposit , she has yet to do so nor is returning my text messages or my dms. Don’t book with her.
