I've been going here for years, and with good reason. Will (the owner) is the consummate professional with an incredible eye for detail. I'm a professor with Drexel's business school, so having a clean, professional look is very important to me. Will always makes sure I have a tight all-around fade, sharp part and cleaned edges. There is a good reason he is paid to teach hair styling abroad. I see some complaints here about his pricing, but as an economist I have a different perspective: his price is not high because his service is over-priced, it is high because his quality is higher than any of his competitors. First timer for The Duke Barber and it did not disappoint one bit! It was a rainy day, and I was in the nighborhood so I decided to give it a shot. I called in for availability, and we found an easy spot for both of us. Chris gave me the cut. Took my “typical” hairstyle (showed him pictures), we discussed some options, and he took it from there. Chris was a story teller and listener as well, an excellent conversationalist, which added to the experience. It had been a month since my last cut so my hair was looking it… I walked out of that place looking and feeling like a new persons. Fresh. Will certainly be back.
