I went there for the first time last week, and I will not be returning. They didn’t clean or sanitize the foot spa or the chair after the previous client. I literally had to ask the owner to sanitize both.It felt like they were more focused on rushing clients in than following proper sanitation procedures. Since my visit, my toes have been hurting, and I’m afraid that I may have picked up an infection there. I can’t say for certain that’s the cause, but based on the lack of cleanliness that I saw I felt it was important to share my experience so others can be aware.
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. Before we even started, I showed the person an inspiration picture of the exact shape and deep French design I wanted. As he was shaping my nails, I could already tell they weren’t coming out the way I asked, but I trusted the process.
When it was time to choose the base color, I didn’t like the options he suggested, so he let me pick a gel polish. At no point did he tell me that the color I chose wasn’t compatible with the design I wanted.
