IFixdit plumber, Tony, responded to my plumbing emergency on a Saturday. He communicated promptly and clearly via text message. The emergency fee structure was explained and agreed upon. Tony called in advance and arrived in a timely manner. He investigated the problem (a clogged drain system which had backed up into the basement), suggested a plan and explained the cost. He proceeded with the work and was thorough and kept me apprised of the progress. He cleared my drain, snaking via the sewer cleanout and then fished his camera through the whole system to confirm everything was in proper order.
I would call Tony again with any plumbing need!

Tony was easy to work with on getting an appointment on his schedule. Pricing was transparent and upfront. The job was done quickly, correctly, and with a practiced eye that found a way to make the plumbing installation look good. We'll be calling again the next time we have an issue or project!
