I took a class with Debbie, she was wonderful and helpful with instructions to help correct form for better practice. I liked the lavender cold towel at the end. Didn’t like that I had to pay for the towels.
It has been years since I have visited this studio. I have been enjoying my return. The studio is very nice the staff is super friendly led by Tina. The room temperature is perfect and Chalise is an excellent instructor.
I LOVE this place! It’s such a welcoming and fun environment. You have to do hot Pilates with Marie - she’s makes it so challenging, fun, and the playlists are amazing ✨
