Have been going to Heritage for years now and always feel like I’m getting a great service. My gel manicures last for weeks and I’ve walked in and called ahead and don’t ever have to wait. Staff is always friendly and salon is clean.

Extremely unhappy with the service I just received here. I have come here numerous times and have always had decent experiences. I called ahead to ask if they do poly gel and the man on the phone said yes. When I got there I was told they do not do polygel and that they will need to remove the polygel on my hands for $20 extra which was completely fine with me. The woman who did my nails huffed and puffed the entire time she removed my nails and made me feel extremely uncomfortable the entire time I was in her chair. No idea how they do it, but gel manicures from Heritage last forever. This picture is 4 weeks, to the day, after getting the mani. And I moved tons of boxes and furniture during that time!
