I'm so glad I did; Kristen's warm greeting, her welcoming studio and, most of all, her expertise were each their own gifts. She provided a wonderful sensory experience of healing touch, essential oils that both awoke and relaxed me, and she is such a kind person. She knows her craft well. I cannot highly recommend Herban Skin Therapy enough, Kristen is so welcoming and knowledgeable, it is clear that she loves what she does. I have received many facials over the years but this was by far the best one I have had. My skin never looked so good afterwards and this lasted for several days. The experience of the facial was also wonderful, relaxing and full of wonderful smells from the essential oils used during the facial.

Wow. Just... wow. I've had a decent amount of facials in my life, but this was something really special. Kristen was warm and sweet, clear and transparent about what she was going to do, and then really amazing at everything she did! The facial felt long and luxurious, and included aromatherapy, facial massages, a scalp massage, an upper body massage, and even a foot massage! The bed was deliciously cozy and warm, and the whole experience felt absolutely magical. People throw the term "self-care" around a lot, but this truly felt like one of the nicest things I've done for myself in a long, long time. I'll absolutely be back!!

This was my first facial and I couldn't have imagine a more inviting, peaceful, and perfect experience! I felt listened to and cared for about my skin and my concerns involving it. So it was healthy for my skin and also to relax, which I wasn't expecting (in an excellent way!) Loved the atmosphere and beautiful green trees from the windows. Appreciate all the care Kristen put into the facial and will return!
