First and foremost I want to start with my initial phone call to this animal hospital Philadelphia. Tracy, your professionalism was outstanding. They fit us into your schedule as a walk in after not being able to contact my original veterinarian and every other place on a 1 to 2 week appt. Now to the visit, this place is very nice and the people are extraordinary caring, attentive and compassionate. Another great experience with Heaven 4ur Pet Pennsylvania in 19140! My kitty Gus had an ear infection and they were able to give me appointment the next day after calling. They even offered me a same day appointment at no extra charge but I could not make it. My experience was very pleasant from checking in at the front desk of the wellness center, speaking with the vet technician, and then going over diagnostics and a treatment plan with the doctor. I have been taking my cats and dogs to Heaven 4ur Pet Pennsylvania in Philadelphia for a few years now and I must say they never disappoint. I recently had a routine check for my cat and the entire staff was so helpful. The professionalism of their Philadelphia vets reminds me of the staff at the 7 stars hotels! Their on-boarding procedures are more than efficient and they communicate with you every step of the way. We have had a few close calls over the years and thankfully we have all our little fur babies with us still.
