I had awful neck pain, on a scale of 1 to 10, the pain was a 9. It was so painful, i could only get about 3-4 hours of sleep a night. It would not let me fall asleep. I was on the verge of tears many times. I didn’t know of any chiropractors so I found the closest one here in Manayunk.
Dr. Dave and I got right to work. He showed me techniques to help alleviate the pain while at home, and also had my neck and spine adjusted on each visit. Dr Dave and the staff at Heart Strong Chiropractic at Active Care are amazing. I was hesitant at first about going to a chiropractor but after being adjusted on weekly basis I never felt so active for my age. After a some weekly visits for a couple of months I now go every 3 weeks. My pain in my lower back and my arm are completely gone. I like to thank Dr Dave for all his hard work he did for me. If it wasn’t for him I would still be in constant pain. Every time arrive I am always greeted with a huge smile from Francesca at the front desk. She is very polite and outgoing. I look forward to my adjustments every time I go there.
Big shout out to Dr. Dave I love him! he is so personable and my back has never felt better I have always had back issues but thanks to dr Dave they are a thing of the past my back feels great! It never felt this good even when I was younger ! Now at 56 it’s the best it’s ever been! Michelle the massage therapist is also great!
