Joshua did a fantastic job with our dog! Our dog has some anxiety when it comes to being groomed and stylists usually have a hard time working with him. Joshua made our dog look brand new. We highly recommend this place and will be back soon.

Five stars for the veterinarians and the groomers however, today the receptionist tried to overcharge me for a nail trim today I usually pay $30. They try to charge me $40. She tried to say that all the prices went up. I called other heart and paw locations to make sure that I was correct and they did overcharge me so I had to go back and get a refund for what the overcharge.

Everyone was courteous and friendly. You can tell the entire staff loves and cares about animals and go out of your way to be kind to both you and your pet. Dr. Wargo is the definition of a patient advocate and gave me space to ask any questions I had about my newly rescued cat! Great experience
