It is always easy to make and reschedule appointments, which can be done via phone call or online, and staff is very responsive.
Everyone is corteous, from reception to RVTs, to the vet herself, and the clinic is spacious and clean.
They do not have their own parking, but it is easy to find paid parking nextdoor or behind the clinic. If you are willing to walk a few blocks you can also find street parking.
Overall my dogs and I have been happy with Heart + Paw Callowhill.
I had been in the hospital for a month and was being discharged in two days - immune compromised so needed my pup to have a good cleaning and grooming. Called for an emergency grooming as a new client. Not only did they squeeze us in but they did a fabulous job on the grooming. Can’t wait to go back.
Dr. Amber Karwacki and staff were amazing. Our mini bernadoodle was over due for an annual exam and some vaccines after a big move. She did not make us feel bad for being overdue! Now that we are finally settled in the Philly area, we will definitely be taking our dog here for any future care!
