I absolutely love Shawna! And Hair Story! I met her 9 years ago and whenever I am in town it’s a must I go see her!! The atmosphere and her personality are unmatched! If you are ever in the Philly area go see her!
I recently visited Philadelphia from Ohio and had the pleasure of having Shawna service me and my sisters. She was incredibly welcoming and down-to-earth, going above and beyond to provide extra care and attention, especially for my hair. I recently noticed that my hair was thinning due to braids, and Shawna noticed it right away. She took action by adding some of her own hair seasoning to my hair, and I also bought some to take back home. I can’t wait to go to Philadelphia again for her service. I went to Ms Shawnah Femme for a silk press/Olaplex treatment after trying out several places in the city since relocating here a couple years ago. I don’t know what took me so long to find her but I will not be looking anymore. She’s got to be one of the most personable hairdressers I’ve ever been to and most importantly did a beautiful job without frying my curls. Hair health is definitely a priority to her, unlike other places I’ve been to. The friendly atmosphere of the whole shop was nothing I’d ever experienced before which was the cherry on top.
