Excellent service!! The stylists are very knowledgeable and care about hair care!! They will create a personal hair regimen for you especially if your hair is colored. Definitely recommend!

I was a walk-in during the summer. The vibes was cool but my stylist was not so welcoming. Not sure why! This was my first time at this salon and I was recommended to go to this particular stylist. My experience was awful. She maybe said 3 words to me while I was in her chair. She talked on the phone most of the time and when I left I looked like I NEVER step foot into a salon. It was truly laughable. I have 4C hair. If you don't know how to straighten this kind of hair then say that! Don't waste my time and money.

If y'all want to wait 2-3 hours past your appointment then most definitely come here. I've heard traumatic stories of hair salons but for some reason I wasn't expecting that experience. This is what causes black owned businesses to get a bad reputation. They aren't enforcing the masks...capacity is ridiculous
