GEN3’s automated service picked up on Sunday evening and scheduled a next day appointment when our water heater quit working. Rob P, like his colleagues Jerry and Gordon during initial electrical work on Friday, was thorough and careful determining the cause of the water heater problem. After eliminating breaker or circuit problems, he worked on the water heater, which is in a tight space. From this, he determined that the water heater had failed. He scheduled a water heater replacement within 2 days, even involving moving stacked washer and dryer in a tight closet space in an Olde City condo. Our experiences with GEN3 are very good.

Jordan K. from Gen3 was at my home in November and December to install a chandelier, replace ceiling pocket lights and install several light dimmer switches. He was very professional and his electrical skills were top notch. I highly recommend Jordan and Gen3!

We have been working with Gen 3 for our HVAC needs for a while now but recently we also brought them in for electrical needs to replace bathroom exhausts and install surge protectors. Our electrical technician was Will. He comes with 20 years of experience and is a real expert. He detected and remedied additional issues that we were unaware of but that were critical to remedy.
For our HVAC needs our technician that we always request is Robbie. He is just so thorough and thrives for perfection!
We have been happy with Gen3 and not planning on going anywhere else.
