I was having an issue a few months after my electric box and wires to meter was put in. Electricity went partially out and flickered back on after a couple hours then it happened again two months after the first time . Karl was sent out to check their work because it was still under warranty . He was very thorough and serious about his role in making sure everything was checked correctly before he left. He did find something that could very well be the problem and fixed it. Hoping that was it and it doesn't happen again. Very knowledgeable gentleman and kind to boot.

I had three switches that were not working together. I called in the morning and Rob was there within three hours. Rob was very professional and had a very nice personality. There was a misunderstanding about what I wanted and he returned the next day and fix the problem. I had an independent electrician check this for me a number of years ago and was told he couldn’t fix it. Rob fixed it. Based on his skills in I would recommend him to anyone having any type of an Electrical problem.

$420 to replace two gfi outlets. Outlet cover wrong size or not centered so it leaves gap between outlet cover and the kitchen backsplash tile. I’ll just fix it myself. Expensive and not the attention to detail is lacking. The other work I got done was done well, but it’s pricey.
