Just a shout out to Julian Morgan, Consultation Agent, Geek Squad at the South Philadelphia store. Although my experience at Best Buy was not the best. One person did make me feel like a valued customer and provided great customer service. Julian was super knowledgeable, patient and customer centric. Ordered geek squad protection for my laptop, but some of the original features listed wasn't up to par. However, I went inside and the service was very welcoming and fast and convenient, they really took it to another level. Got my laptop fixed in no time.

I’m giving this place 5 stars only because the overnight manager named yahveh was very nice and understood everything I ordered not only did he get my order right the store look very clean and well organized as for the other employees they also do a great job
