I’m so happy to be part of the G-strength community! It was exactly what I was looking for when I decided to join. I have always been active, but was feeling stagnant in my workouts. I wanted to focus on increasing weights, working on my form, and having some guidance too. Jared and Zach are both amazing coaches - it’s like having personal trainers! They always greet you when you walk in, the hour session is a maximum of 7 people (so never feels crowded), and they are there to assist you when you want it. I highly recommend G-strength to anyone looking to improve their strength and want a welcoming and encouraging space to do so!

I started going to this gym at the end of January, and it has been an amazing experience so far. Whether I attend in the mornings or afternoons, Zach and Jared are always energetic, motivating, and ready to help with every workout routine. They not only guide you through the exercises, but they also make you feel like you can push yourself and accomplish your workout at your fullest potential.
The atmosphere is incredibly supportive and encouraging, which makes showing up and staying consistent so much easier. I’m really glad I found this gym and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a motivating and supportive place to work out.

Zach and Jared do an awesome job of walking you through different sets, correcting form, providing feedback, and helping you understand what you’re doing.
Really amazed with how much they’re able to work with you individually in the small group sessions.

I joined G-Strength a few months ago. I had done tons of workout classes before, but this was my first experience with small group personal training and I wasn't sure what to expect.
It's a very supportive environment, and Jared and Zach really care about your progress and wellbeing. The workouts are structured but the coaches personalize them to your individual needs and adjust for any injuries. They focus on form while challenging you to work hard.
I feel stronger than I ever have before, and I'm excited to continue to see more progress. The scheduling is also very flexible which has been great for me with a busy schedule.

I’ve been coming to G-Strength for about 2 months, and I’m hooked. The coaches here are engaging and knowledgeable. They provide adjustments for my personal strength needs and make me feel encouraged throughout the hour workout. I’d definitely recommend G-Strength if you’re looking to build strength in a sustainable, smart manner that’s also fun.

GStrength is great! I went in with ZERO experience or knowledge and the coaches Jared and Zach have helped me make incredible progress. It is a really welcoming and non-intimidating space with workouts that are catered to your ability. Definitely recommend if you would like to learn to lift but don’t know where to start!

I am so glad that I found the perfect gym for me. I avoided joining a gym for years because I felt overwhelmed by finding a gym with the right vibe, trying to figure out a routine that would work for me and which equipment to use, and then getting myself there on a regular basis. I love the small-class structure at G-strength. The gym is never overcrowded, and the trainers have the chance to attend to everyone there on a personal level. Zach and Jared are kind, patient, and super knowledgable, and they will encourage and push you just the right amount so that you aren't under or over training. While there are set routines to follow, Zach and Jared will help you adapt your routine to where you are at and to take into account any injuries. I have old knee and hip issues and Zach and Jared modified the exercises to give me additional warm ups and other strengthening exercises to do so that I could tend to the grumpy areas and then do the regular routine and not hurt myself more. Zach and Jared also take the time to get to know everyone and make everyone feel comfortable being there. When I'm at the gym I feel like I'm part of a community, and not just working out.
