I cannot express myself how greatful I am to Francis Funeral services I flew to Philadelphia from Louisiana to bury my Mother Elizabeth Alex everyone was very professional and kind she was beautiful my heart is still broken because of the loss of my mother but I truly from the bottom of my heart thank everyone much love from Louisiana

My mother passed away on Mother’s Day unexpectedly and my brother found this funeral home (he has been apologizing ever since) we meet with them every thing seem to be okay at first. when I went to give payment I also submitted thing for the announcement card and obituary more than a week before the service. We had to keep calling for the announcement to send out to family and they said give us 20 minutes you will have it we gave an hour called back and ask why are we still waiting hours later we finally got it. The obituary was not ready for review until about 24 hours before the service with deadline of 4pm when the sent it after 11:30am to make changes. We waited month or more for the death certificate and they kept changing the reason it was delayed first it was the medical examiner then it was vital statistics the best one was we have almost 2000 dollar balance which was not true the lack of communication and them not explaining then expecting family to know information is crazy. It was the let me explain something to you for me after not explaining at the beginning. I dropped my mom urn off for her to be place in for them tell me nothing was ever dropped off. For them to go find it and I asked if my mother in it to say No of course not. When I was told everything would be ready before the service. Use this company at your own risk of being traumatized the lack communication and notes not being put in. Employees promising things to fix situation and can’t . Then telling family to calm down after this company made mistakes after mistakes. Would not recommend

We unexpectedly loss our mother on May 29th, 2026… Francis Funeral Home was recommended by friends of our family that had recently used their services. All it took was ONE meeting with their professional team to help us through EVERY facet of planning and executing an amazing home-going service for our mother.
The service was capped off with an amazing eulogy that ended up being EXACTLY what our family needed both emotionally and spiritually!!

T.C. was amazing. He personally took care of my mother's final arrangements with honor, professionalism and courtesy. I had to come from Alabama to close out my mother's affairs with a 3 day turn around and he walked with me every step of the way. From phone calls to in person assistance. We all will be called home on day, which is expected. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Francis Funeral Home. A staple in the community with quality service. Thank you T.C. for everything. No words will ever express my gratitude. Just know you're appreciated.

One of the guys that worked there popped me so hard and left a bruise on my arm..im ready to press charges I emailed no response..be careful there..

We had a horrible experience here. We reached out to them on Saturday to handle this, but we encountered some unforeseen issues w/the next of kin; however, we informed them that the issue had since been resolved. We met with them on Tuesday to finalize the arrangements for this coming Monday, and everything seemed to be in order—the obituary, the certified check, and more. They were supposed to handle the service, but we encountered numerous false statements from their side. This morning, we had to scramble to find another funeral home because they never picked up his body, despite claiming they had done so on Monday. They also falsely stated that he was badly decomposed, which was not true. Instead of admitting that they don’t specialize in reconstruction, they have been saying that our relative’s body was badly decomp. We were promised a return call on both Tuesday and Wednesday, but it never happened. My sister and I drove there, where we were further subjected to less-than-truthful statements from this person. We lost valuable time dealing with them—it has been a complete nightmare. Currently, we are trying to confirm if we can have the service on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. Incredibly frustrating.

Losing my brother was one of the hardest experiences of my life, and I’ll always be grateful to Francis Funeral Home for the way they cared for him—and for all of us. From the first phone call, every member of their team showed such kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. They treated my brother with dignity and respect, and they treated our family like their own.

They took care of every detail with such gentleness and understanding, allowing us to focus on saying goodbye. The service was beautiful and heartfelt—everything we hoped it would be. I could truly feel that they cared about helping us honor his memory in a meaningful way.

My experience was great! My brother past away over a year ago and I was still able to reach out to them for their services concerning him. I brought his ashes back and they put them in my urn necklace free of charge and were so pleasant! I highly recommend!!!
