We received excellent services from Francis they my brought my mom from Philadelphia to Virginia and stay with the family through the whole memorial service. They were so thoughtful, kind, patient, and professional. There was one office glitch that didn't affect how grateful the family was for the service provided service during this difficult time.

The set up for my aunt funeral was nice what wasnt professional and very inconsiderate was the workers in the hallway they were very loud, on their phones watching social media stories laughing while my family and I was mourning and grieving. Sad and distasteful otherwise the building was arranged nice

Am currently trying to set arrangements for my parents, but there always seems to be an issue on their end. As i write this, im waiting for someone from the funeral home. It is now 2:40 p.m. They were supposed to be here at 2:00p.m. This isnt the first incident either. While writing this I've decided to go with a different funeral home.

I have to decided it’s best to retain an attorney for emotional distress. Between all the errors, Changing my son’s obituary and 2 years later still no death certificate only lies about bringing it personally then mailing it. If you are looking for an attorney Brandon Broderick

This is the absolute worst and unprofessional funeral home I have ever dealt with. My mother in law passed on 9/1/23. Its been 9mths and I still do not have a death certificate. Every time I call I speak with someone different. Carol says she will call me back but never does. I spoke with Gail who contradicts what Carol says. I asked Gail to speak with her manager, she refused. I asked for a name, she also refused to give a manager's name. I will NEVER recommend this FH. If you do not want the run-around, if you do not want unprofessional individuals handling your loved ones affairs, do not use this funeral home. I will also be writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau.

They cremated my father before I could sign any paper work. Then we didn't get the ashes until almost a month or more later. They are unprofessional in the office and one who works in the business. They should be ashamed.
