My favorite place in the city - the staff are lovely, the experience is unmatched. Sauna's get hot and steamy, a truly transcend restoration. The cold plunge gets down there, often 46-52 degrees, awakening your body. Massages are peaceful as heck.

The sauna and cold plunge offerings are top-tier--the facilities themselves are clean and well-kept and the environment overall is extremely cozy.

Clean facilities. Experienced masseuse's. Visited today with my fiancé, we each had a 60 min massage and 90 min sauna session. Sauna session included a cold plunge, private shower, bathroom and changing room. The staff were super friendly and it was 2.5 hours of pure bliss. We will be back.
