This place is pure magic. I use their sauna and massage services and attend their fantastic events. Sarah, the owner, massage therapist, and creator, is a lovely person and amazing at holding space at their events. The sauna and cold plunge experience always leaves me feeling refreshed and revitalized. I highly recommend the massage and sauna combo to relax and take care, especially during the winter months. I've brought many friends here, the rooms fit 4-5 people comfortably. I've attended the community sauna nights and appreciate the opportunity to enjoy the space for a lower cost.

My boyfriend and I reserved the private sauna for two with the cold plunge for a date night, and we had a great time! It was pretty wild. We did the sauna for 15-20 mins, which was very difficult, and then the cold plunge for 2-3 minutes, which was also difficult, but a fun resilience challenge. We repeated that three times. Each time we went under in the cold plunge, we got a little deeper until we were both able to put our heads under (briefly!) by the third try. Each time, the parts that had been submerged before were significantly easier to submerge again. Newly submerged parts stung badly. Had an amazing time at the full moon sound bath! Would highly recommend. The instructor did an incredible job. The two hours honestly flew by, I was shocked! I want to go back to every sound bath meditation in the future!!
