I had an absolute amazing time getting tattooed by Ellen!! I’m local to the Philly area and found her on TikTok. She made the whole process so easy and made me feel so comfortable before I even stepped into the studio. The studio is stunning and beautifully curated and inviting. Highly recommend Forever Valentine and getting sick work done by Ellen!

Ellen is the best cosmetic tattooer I've been to, and I've seen 4 different artists in both LA and New York. I drive to her from NY, for my brows and it's fully worth the trek.
The amount of time she took alone to map out the shape for my re-work post laser was awesome. She saw how my previous brow shape was pulling my face down and was able to correct that, neutralize tones where needed and also follow my natural hair pattern as opposed to giving me a generic hair pattern (which I have been given in the past)
She's super kind, chill and easy to be around so longer sessions are a breeze.
10/10 experience, she's definitely gained a long term client from me.

Ellen is fantastic! I have been to her for both an initial microblading and an annual touch up. She's conscientious, professional, and precise. Her attention to detail is impressive, and she ensured I was comfortable with the process and results. I would absolutely recommend her!
