First time customer. I called at 1pm on a Saturday and was sitting in the chair at 1:30. Susan did my cut. She was very friendly and good at her job. I have long, straight, fine hair and the cut I received is flattering and easy to care for, which is my style. All the staff were warm and kind. Lots of cat lovers in the mix so I enjoyed swapping cat photos at the end. I’ll definitely be back!
I’ve been getting my hair cut at Follicles for thirty years (I think. I know it’s been a long time). I love my cuts. And the friendliness and warmth of the staff.
