Been a member for years and can’t say enough about the amazing community here. Genuinely changed my life for the undeniably positive to find this studio. Would recommend to any level of skill, all genders, abilities, body types, and curiosity levels. This studio has become a staple of my physical and mental health care.

Great equipment but uncomfortable environment. If you're a person of color, I'd recommend bringing a friend.

I had trouble booking via Groupon I reached out to Flaunt west and they had no problem assisting me via text. I was booked within 3 minutes. They are super friendly and professional. My sister comes here and loves it. I would recommend anyone new to pole to try this place out.

I couldn't be more happy with my experience with the Flaunt fitness. The professionalism of the staff was the best. I met the owner also, and she was so pleasant and nice, and was willing to help me out with anything that I needed help with. I would recommend Flaunt to anyone that's looking for a great experience. I am a 56-year-old woman anybody can do this if I can.
Ugghh
I've practiced pole for almost 2 years at other studios. I am still an intermediate beginner. Any of the beginner classes or classes advertised for beginners always focus on advanced intermediate moves, I had to stop going because I was not trying to injury myself. I originally took a Level 1/2 class and that was focused on intermediate moves, which is fine. When I took an Intro class, the whole time it focused on intermediate jazmine moves. It's confusing. The level systems at FF is confusing and needs to be clarified. Level 1 does not mean beginner here. Also, the pole instructors I experienced did not ask consent before touching me or where they planned to touch me. The instructors I experienced just randomly started grappling me around without clarity when observing me try out a move.

Best pole studio hands down. The instructors are so nice and helpful, it's great for groups, or you can come solo and make new friends. I highly recommend
