Great water aerobics

Classes are fun and accepting of all levels .
I started Pilates there and was terrible but support was there. And made the experience fun .
I love Fitlife. Kate is giving me excellent PT guidance after a knee replacement. Scheduling has been a breeze if I need changes. Have been getting tips on safe use of the weight machines upstairs when my PT ends. Highly recommended.
A few years ago, I took my mom to get physical therapy, and unfortunately she lasted less than 30 days before refusing to go back.
Recently, I decided to give it one more try with FitLife Physical Therapy — and I’m so glad we did. Now she can’t get out the door fast enough to see her therapist, Emily!
Emily takes such great care of my mom while also encouraging and motivating her to do her very best. We couldn’t be happier with the progress she’s making.
