Needed a tooth extraction and I do not have insurance. The rates were trailered to my income, very reasonable. I had a broken tooth and they were able to squeeze me into schedule the next day. Highly recommend.
Customer Service is Horrible! I’ve been a patient for over 20 yrs. I love my PCP however since they’ve changed to an off-site customer service center, my experience with trying to get things resolved has been a nightmare. I called to see if my PCP received a form to fill out and was told by customer service they can’t see if the form was received by my PCP but it takes 2 weeks to have the form filled out. I asked the rep how can a form be filled out if they may have not received it. I explained I needed to verify if the office has it and if she can’t see it in her system then to send a message to my PCP to verify. She then said they can’t...read full review
My family has been off here for years.And then I had a problem with their services.In fact , my children and their father share the same pediatric doctor. And he's been wonderful.
