The staff are extremely helpful and friendly! The front desk staff make check-in and check-out easy and will even help you schedule follow-up appointments. There are chairs of all sizes and an accessible bathroom available in the spacious waiting room.

The reception staff were quick and efficient. I barely waited before I was called back, and check-out took 1 second, literally. I saw Marie Schroeder McClay (CRNP) for a women’s wellness exam, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was personable, kind, and welcoming. She made me feel so comfortable asking questions, and she gave wonderful advice. I highly recommend her!

The manager here (Linda Brooks) has been a dream and I am a fan of Dr. Bricker - - I wish I didn't have to speak to the manager of the office so frequently to trouble shoot and resolve issues though. I have experienced the super long hold times on the phone as well as putting in referrals on the Epic system that go into a black hole. I am hoping that this facility can keep working on getting it together.
