I have had the best workouts at F45 Bala Cynwyd. Every class has new and challenging elements. Being able to push and test my limits is what brings me to their classes week after week. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful and answered every question and concern. The classes are also a lot of fun and the members are very friendly and supportive. Absolutely love my time at F45! I’m a trainer and I come as a client as well. It’s a family atmosphere so I feel very comfortable and the workouts are always challenging. The trainers are really good at encouraging and directing us through the challenging stations. I highly recommend!
