My experience here was great! I got lost trying to find America's Best and stumbled across Eye Encounters. The two women who greeted me were so sweet and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in that same day which was amazing. The doctor was very helpful and informative. He explained to me exactly What was wrong with my eyes, something no other Optometrist has ever done. I was in and out in less than an hour. The professionalism was 10 out of 10. I Will Be Back!
This is the first time I ever had contacts and I have to admit it is harder than I thought. It took me more than an hour to learn how to wear it. The Staff there is very patient and Dr. Cook is super professional
I have been going to eye encounters for many years.Kathy has wonderful customer service skills, and the eye doctor was amazing, and she was professional. My appointment was 6/26/2025, I got the 2 glasses for $79, and the eye exam is included. I just received 7/1/2025 that my glasses are ready for pickup. Outstanding services. Thank you, Kathy, for everything.
