Literally amazing. Took 2 days to take down and put up an entirely new deck. Worked around a front elevator as well. Mike is super accommodating and him and his team do amazing work!!!

Mike and his crew completely exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They built me a covered deck that feels like a true outdoor living room — complete with lighting, ceiling fans, railings, heaters, two TVs, and a full speaker system. I had reached out to Mike at Expert General Contracting about removing my old deck, and replacing with a new one with a permanent roof. He called me back within a day or two, and came out that same week to take a look and give an estimate. Once on his schedule, they arrived promptly in the timeframe I was told they’d likely be able to start the job, and demoed the previous deck within the first three hours. The new frame & roof went up quickly, and the job was done in less than a week and a half.
