I can’t say enough great things about Enigma Med Spa! From the front desk to the owners and staff, everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

Olga has been keeping me looking my best all year long— I have been going to her for years - she’s truly amazing at what she does. I’ve also more recently seen Enisa for facial services, and she is great as well— I always leave feeling refreshed.

They’re always running amazing deals, which is such a plus, and scheduling is super easy. Both Olga and Enisa are kind, caring, and professional, with such a great bedside manner. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients.

This is one of the only med spas I would recommend!

I have been coming to Enigma for few years now, it's my go to skin treatment medi spa. The staff is really friendly and professional, they listen to all the concerns during free consultation session and guide along way for all my concerns. I have gotten laser treatment, facials and morphis8 treatments done. The price is very reasonable for all the treatments. Spa is very clean and hygienic. No long waits, I like how disciplined they are with time. Glad that I have found such a wonderful spa in northeast philly!

The staff on the front desk is very nice, especially Olga. They make your treatment schedule smooth and easy.
Esthetician Regina knows her job, she explains everything she does, makes treatments very professional.
Syreeta , the nurse is very professional as well.

I really love this place. It’s clean comfortable and the staff is so friendly. I’ve been going there for about a year now, I started with Botox and I just got my first Juverrderm service Iwith Syretta she’s kind and informative. I allowed the two week process before contacting the office. I Voiced my concerns. and they listened and asked me to come in for a follow up.Syretta Took care of my issues with no questions asked I and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Not satisfied with my results. I have many spots that were missed during the sessions. They don’t take their time and make sure to get every spot when doing the laser. It’s like they just wanna get it over with.

The front desk needs some manners, but services provided by Enisa are exceptional. Goes above and beyond in explaining every question asked, does a thorough job and takes her time with you. It is my first time getting services from Enisa, and should say she is the best I have had so far. Ask for her next time you go in.

If I can leave a 0 star I would. I got botox done 3 weeks ago with Nurse Syreeta and I am very disappointed. I have no noticeable difference and paid a lot of money. I’ve tried reaching out to discuss my concerns and the only response I get is to wait for it to kick in but it usually kicks in within the week. Overall, I’m disappointed with both the lack of results and the customer service. I would recommend considering other options if you’re looking for Botox treatments that actually deliver.
