I realized sending a thank you card wasn’t enough and as many times as I’ve used Emmanuel Johnson Funeral Services I never thought to leave a review only because actions speak louder than words. They buried everyone in my family and even when other members chose another funeral home , it’s a reason we always end up coming back to them . Not only do they pay attention to detail they do everything the right way . I enjoyed working with Ms.Cythia she answered all my questions. And the Service for my mother was Wonderful.
A funeral home is not the most desired place to visit. Unfortunately, on two different occasions in the last few years, both of my parents died. Most recently, my father died last week (October 2024.)
My five-star review is for the supportive staff at Emmanuel Johnson Funeral Home.
When my father’s body was picked up, Jade softened the blow with his compassion by making sure we understood the process and asking if we were ok to view the process.
Additionally, after the service ended, Eugene asked about the flowers (where to place them, meaning at the cemetery or the repass room).
