I treated myself to elevate my spirits for my birthday and it was the greatest gift my mind body and soul could get. I had the most invigorating experience with Christal her hands are filled with magical powers and she is very knowledgeable. She released so much tension from my body I was able to shake things I haven't shaken in a while???I would suggest anyone who is in need of rejuvenation to get with her A.S.A.P she is the Sugar Honey Ice Tea????????

I found Elevate Your Spirits after doing a google search in the area for a massage therapist and decided to make an appointment. I was able to make an appointment for the next day which fit my schedule and the staff is very friendly. I'm really happy with the entire experience and looking forward to my next visit in two weeks. Don't think twice pay this great price trust me it's nice!

I had my first massage with Christal a few days ago. What a wonderful experience. The massage room was comfortable and peaceful. Christal has a very warm and calming personality, and put my body and mind at ease right away. Her skilled touch and knowledge of the body were very evident.
