Super responsive, has fixed prices for many repairs. This was the only place I found that would replace a cracked Samsung tablet screen, and I am very glad I went there. I also thought my the tablet charger port needed replacing, and they called to tell me there wasn't a problem with it after all. I think their prices are reasonable, and the woman who helped me was very clear and upfront about what repairs were needed and what they would cost. Note: I went to the store on Arch Street in Chinatown. They share a space with a jewelry store, and the Eazy repair counter is at the rear. Don't think you are in the wrong place.
This rating is based on the inability to find the shop. I walked multiple times by the area to see where the shop is and couldn’t find it. It was more of hide and seek and that shouldn’t be the case with trying to find business places. Ended up going to the one on Chestnut and 20th
After searching for something close to work with good reviews, I am happy to say this is the place. Very good customer service. The gentlemen told me $85.00 for Iphone 7 screen repair and it would take 2 hrs. Apple wanted $169.00 out of warrenty. Its been 3 days and so far so good. I was also given a 30 day warranty.
