Always a great experience. Dr. Vanhorn is incredibly kind and caring, and she really takes her time which is nice. Getting glasses there is also a breeze, and the entire team is quite friendly and helpful!
David is an exceptional member of the team. Over the last couple of years, I’ve moved around the Greater Philadelphia area but I will always make the trek to Center City to see Dr. Ward and his team. Their customer service is excellent and they always make you feel at home. They go above and beyond and put you at ease (speaking as someone with major social anxiety). David always greets you like an old friend and the team always explains the tests etc so you know what you’re getting yourself into. 5 stars, because this is what customer service should be like
