Received a text regarding my appointment and I confirmed the appointment time and date. Received another text saying great look forward to seeing you and asking me to fill out medical history forms which I did. Spent a half hour in the hot sun waiting for a bus that was late. Got to Visionworks a little early for my appointment only to be told I wasn't on the list. I showed them the texts confirming my appointment. Sorry you are not on the list and cannot be seen today. Are you kidding me you text me about this appointment on 8/22, 8/29, and 9/2, and 9/4 and then tell me when I arrive I am not on the list. This is an excellent place for glasses. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and take their time with each customer. I was impressed that my new lenses were so accurate. Excellent choice of frames. Great parking too!
