New location is very nice and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The doctor that saw my daughter was very nice.We had an issue with insurance but other than that, everything was great.I would definitely recommend everyone to come to this location.
Dr Laporte was professional, listened to me, assessed my needs and delivered a solution!The ladies manning the desk were polite, explained everything (charges) wellThe phone system doesn’t seem to work well. Disconnected twice after multiple transfers. Not sure if the doctor is responsible for that…
Dr. Brewer is Just Excellent and really pays attention to all details. She explains every procedure done and the results as well as her educated prognosis of the procedure and the next steps to correct whatever the issues maybe... The testing staff is gentle, clean and knows their stuff as well!! I learned some much about my eyes, I look forward to my next visit it was the friendliest visit ever!! Not to mention I can not wait to get my Beautiful new Glasses!! Thanks Everyone for all your concern!!
