Bad customer service. As a business owner myself, I value honesty and communication. I called ahead and was quoted $68, but I was charged a different price without a clear explanation.
The shampoo lady was awesome and very friendly. However, I specifically told the stylist that I did not want red tones and wanted a more brown, natural color. Unfortunately, my hair still turned out with a red tone.
I tried to tell myself it would be okay, but every time I looked in the mirror I was unhappy with the color and had to wait until it washed out.
Overall, I was disappointed with the experience.
I came here in January i liked the person who cut my hair, took many pictures and the person who cut my hair took his time and made it very nice. Today it was bad. Hair wash was amazing
I loved that I was attended super fast. Very professional. Loved the hair wash & the suggestions they gave me for my hair! I can’t wait to return for my next appointment. I have also seen their nail work & it is beautiful!
