I was completely terrified after seeing a couple waterbugs in my apartment this summer in an old building, and decided I'd rather be safe than sorry. Moneef came the next day. He was a very calm and polite presence throughout the entire ordeal as he searched for potential points of entry and as he explained the state of things (thankfully, it was not an infestation...). He was very thorough in checking all areas & spraying the apartment inside each room as well as outside along the building perimeter, and setting up traps just in case. Moneef explained the different ways that different products worked very well. He and Conrad were very thorough in putting bait in various key rooms throughout a large 4-story house, and spraying where appropriate. We had the beginnings of a cockroach problem in our house and called Diagno for help. After coming out the first time, we never saw cockroaches again.
