The whole team during my visit was excellent. The person at the reception was friendly competent and seemed to be an expert in multi tasking with a smile. Betty and Dr. Grossman were competent, thorough and patient. Thank you all for a fine first visit!!
The office is very efficient with the appointments. Dr. Grossman is amazing, she is very knowledgeable, answers all the questions and tailors the treatment to your needs - the visits feel like a safe space.
My experience from start to finish was excellent..everyone from the staff at the front desk to the clinical staff were amazing and very pleasant..everything was explained in detail and all questions were answered thoroughly..would highly recommend this practice.
