I can’t recommend Dr. Jules highly enough. This was my first visit to the practice, and it completely exceeded my expectations.
I went in with two concerns that I honestly didn’t expect anything to be done about because other providers had never offered a solution. Within minutes, Dr. Jules had addressed both of them. I was genuinely blown away.

This was my first time going there, and overall I had a good experience. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you need an appointment quickly and don’t have a referral from your doctor. I was also able to get everything I needed done during the same appointment, which made the process very convenient.
The dermatologist is excellent, but unfortunately the quality of care doesn’t make up for the consistently poor experience at the front desk.
From the moment you walk in, you’re not greeted with a simple “hello” or “welcome”—instead, you’re met with a cold, “Do you have an appointment?” There is no communication about wait times, leaving patients wondering how long they’ll be sitting in the waiting room. After waiting more than 30 minutes (44 minutes as I’m writing this), I politely asked when I might be seen and was met with an attitude, as though asking for an update was an inconvenience.
